An independent, not-for-profit organisation, Western Australia Parks Foundation is the official charity partner of Western Australia’s national parks, aiming to promote and protect them. They adopted localista as an interactive map and guide to all parks, sites and campgrounds across the state, plus 11 other tourism-focused listing-types with full trail-building functionality available on their website homepage.
RTRFM is a radio station that promotes local gigs and hosts community music events in Perth. They use localista as a guide to gigs and the live music scene in Western Australia, directing users to localista for gig listing submissions. The Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) is Australia’s largest supplier of travel content and provides a data-feed to Tourism Western Australia’s website westernaustralia.com. As a solution to the lack of WA content available in the ATDW, 250 winery listings were imported from localista’s content database.
